At Estel, we are looking for an International Logistics and Procurement Technician for Barbados with the ability to manage import, export, and international purchasing processes, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

We are seeking a committed, organized, and proactive professional with experience in international logistics, shipment coordination, and communication with foreign suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export processes.

• Manage international purchase orders.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and external suppliers.

• Oversee logistics and customs documentation.

• Track shipments and deliveries.

• Negotiate deadlines, terms, and pricing with international suppliers.

Requirements:

• Technical or university degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.

• Previous experience in international logistics and procurement.

• Proficiency in office software and ERP systems.

• Advanced English (spoken and written). Spanish is a plus.

• Knowledge of customs regulations and foreign trade processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in the installations sector (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, etc.).

• Familiarity with Business Central software.

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
